staying at doubletree by hilton was a treat. the hotel has a retro charm, beautifully refurbished, with a grand lobby that offers plenty of seating. i loved the spacious room, which is hard to find around here. the staff were super helpful, and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. plus, the location is great—just steps away from a 7/11 for snacks.

The hotel features a modern design with a spacious lobby, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room offers a comfortable layout with a decent amount of space for a family.

The beds in the Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room felt like cheap spring mattresses found in budget hotels, definitely not ideal for a comfortable night's sleep. the hotel doesn't store luggage for arrivals more than a day ahead of check-in, which can be a hassle for travelers needing to send bags in advance while exploring. The lack of room service and extra amenities, like fresh bottled water, leaves a sense of bare-bones efficiency without much personal touch.

During my stay, I was really impressed by the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathing area was particularly nice, allowing for a relaxing soak after exploring Kyoto. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which made it easy to manage my travel clothes. the breakfast selection could have offered more variety in Western options.

The executive double suite was huge with a very comfortable bed, luxurious L'Occitane toiletries, and a stunning bathroom setup—definitely a great stay! I would return in a heartbeat.

The Deluxe Double Room was nice and spacious, just enough to spread out comfortably. The bed was great for a good night's sleep. Loved the quietness of the room since it faced the back, and the bathroom was clean, though on the small side. The hotel vibes were professional and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and they even helped store our luggage after checkout. It was a treat to walk back to the room after a long day of exploring Kyoto!
